Most people start a diet plan hoping to see a lower number on their bathroom scale. What they don’t understand is they may lose more water and muscle rather than fat on many popular diet plans.
More often than not the diet program of choice is to reduce calories considerably. Sometimes a workout plan is put in place but it usually consists of cardio exercises only.
